Registration for children's sports camps for MTU & ZF employees

Agreement:

1. The parents undertake to inform us about any limitations (e.g. non-swimmers), illnesses and the necessary emergency medication.

2. All trainers and supervisors cannot be held liable, they are only liable in the event of intent.

3. You agree that images and video material from the respective camps may be published by your child and may be used for Power the Ball promotional purposes.

4. You will only receive confirmations on request. You will only receive automatic feedback if the camp is already fully booked or there is a waiting list. Part of children's sports camp

is tax deductible. Upon request, you will receive a corresponding certificate for your tax.

5. The camp fees must be paid directly with the registration by bank transfer to the following account:

PowerTheBall, Sparkasse Bodensee, IBAN: DE93 6905 0001 0026 4556 91 "Children's Sports Camps 2020". The registration is only valid once the money has been received!

6. Cancellations, regardless of the reason, will be subject to a fee of €150. However, this deregistration fee can be offset against participation in other Power the Ball camps in the same calendar year.
